Then, you will embark on a once-in-a-lifetime bike ride on the Dufferin-Montmorency Highway, taking you very close to the 83-meter high Montmorency Falls. And let’s not forget the running route, winding along the banks of the Saint-Charles River before taking you to the heart of Old Quebec, a UNESCO World Heritage jewel.

CYCLING
Dufferin-Montmorency Axis
Who wants to settle for a quiet river? From the old port, head towards Dufferin-Montmorency Highway. Exceptionally closed to traffic for the occasion, this stretch runs along the river with a slight incline, approaching the grand Montmorency Falls. Thrills are guaranteed!
Running
Explore Kébec
The running course is first and foremost a journey through 400 years of history and a UNESCO-recognized world heritage. Explore Kébec – “where the river narrows” in Algonquin – along docks 21 and 22 of the port, on the outskirts of the Rivière-Saint-Charles with an incursion into Old Quebec. A flat course, with a view of Orleans Island, the Saint-Lawrence River, and its 1,001 vessels. The finish line will be at the Agora of the Port of Quebec City, a magnificent site located on the banks of the Saint-Lawrence River. What better way to celebrate your accomplishment or self-transcendence than with a breathtaking view of the Château Frontenac?
